Leadership that Shapes Your Life
Palm City Leadership Institute (PCLI) is a two-year leadership formation pathway designed to grow your biblical foundation, deepen your spiritual maturity, and develop real-world leadership capacity.
Through eight 8-week terms, you will grow in character, clarity, and confidence, gaining practical tools and real leadership experience to lead faithfully in your home, workplace, church, and community. Leadership is influence, and PCLI equips you to carry that influence with purpose and integrity wherever God has placed you.
This is more than learning leadership principles. It is a season of intentional formation that prepares you for the leadership opportunities ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does PCLI begin?
Term 1 begins March 18 and runs through May 6. PCLI meets weekly on Wednesdays from 5:00 to 7:00p at the Sierra Conference Center, 26000 Sierra Center Blvd.
What if I’m not able to start in Term 1?
PCLI is structured in eight 8 week terms that operate on a rolling basis. This means new participants may begin at the start of any upcoming term, depending on availability. You do not need to wait two years to join. Submitting an interest form ensures you receive updates and the next available opportunity to begin.
Do I have to be pursuing ministry to participate?
No. PCLI equips leaders in every sphere of life, including the workplace, home, church, and community. The goal is to develop leaders who carry influence with purpose and integrity wherever God has placed them.
Is there an age requirement to apply?
Yes. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to participate in PCLI. We believe leadership development can begin early, and PCLI is designed for individuals who are ready to grow intentionally and commit to the two year pathway.
Is everyone who submits an interest form accepted?
Not everyone who submits an interest form will move forward into PCLI. Because PCLI is an intentional leadership pathway with limited capacity and meaningful commitment, the application process helps ensure each participant is ready and positioned to benefit fully from the experience.
Why is there an interview process?
Because PCLI is a significant two year leadership commitment designed for meaningful growth, the interview process helps ensure participants understand the expectations and are ready to commit to the experience and benefit fully from the institute.
What is the application process after the interview?
After the interview, qualified applicants will be invited to complete the official registration application and submit their first term payment. Following registration, participants will complete an onboarding process through our educational partner to prepare for the start of the institute.
